FAQ
When do I get my ticket numbers?
Straight after payment, on screen, in your account and by email. Numbers are given out at random from the tickets still available, so buying early or late makes no difference to your chances.
What if it doesn't sell out?
The draw still happens on the date shown. We don't extend the date, cancel or swap the prize.
How is the winner picked?
We lock the entry list, then a random number between 1 and 1000 from drand, a free public random number service, is the winning ticket number. If nobody holds that ticket, the next number is used. Everything is published so you can check it.
How do instant wins work?
The winning ticket numbers are picked at random before the comp opens. If one of your tickets is a winning number, you win that prize straight away. Postal entries get the same chance. If a winning number isn't sold or entered by the closing time, that prize isn't won.
Will I be told if I win?
Yes, by email and phone. We check photo ID before sending the prize.
